Our graded appliances are simply new appliances that have been returned to the original supplier or manufacturer within 28 days of purchase. Graded appliances are mostly returned for cosmetic damage (usually a small mark or dent) caused in transit. Graded appliances may have had slight usage, but no more than 28 days.
Each appliance is placed through various function tests by our engineers at our dedicated repair centre in the West Midlands to ensure full functionality and are sold with 6 months parts & labour warranty, giving you peace of mind when purchasing from us.

We deliver on Tuesday's, Thursday's & Saturday's between the hours of 10.30am - 6.30pm.
