Graded appliances, sometimes called factory seconds, are brand new appliances that have been returned to the original supplier or manufacturer. There are multiple reasons for appliances getting sent back, the most common is because of cosmetic marks or imperfections to the appliance, usually caused in transit. Let’s say a customer orders an appliance from a well-known online retailer. When the item is delivered, they notice that side has been dented. When a customer orders a brand spanking new appliance, they expect just that. When the customer receives their replacement appliance, the one with the dented side is collected. Each appliance is then rigorously checked and tested by our engineers at our dedicated repair centre in the West Midlands. We do offer an extended warranty package should you require extra piece of mind. DELIVERY INFORMATION We offer a next day delivery service within 25 miles of our Wolverhampton depot. INSTALLATION INFORMATION We offer an installation service on all appliances with the exception of gas cookers.
